The student platform of the Department of Management

DUMC brings together Management students who want to learn, lead and innovate, and gives them real programs to do it in.

Our story

The Dhaka University Management Club grew out of the Department of Management at the University of Dhaka. It serves the department's students.

In November 2024 the club was rebuilt as a student-led team, working under the supervision of the department Chairman and an Advisory Board. Since then it has run national competitions such as Crack Managers and InkWorks, career seminars with the Career Placement Centre, and workshops that prepare students for the competition floor.

Each year's panel hands the club to the next one, so the work builds on itself. As the club puts it: this is only the beginning.

Supervision

DUMC is run by students, with guidance from the department.
